Quick answer
The Trial Deck+ Attack on Titan: Final Season is a ready-to-play deck that gives you 50 cards plus a chance at a signed autograph card, making it a solid entry point for the Attack on Titan TCG.
What makes this deck different from a booster box?
A Trial Deck+ is designed for immediate play right out of the box. Unlike booster packs where you build a deck from random cards, this set includes a fixed selection of 20 card types plus 7 parallel versions, so you know exactly what you're getting. The main trade-off is less variety compared to buying multiple boosters, but it's far more reliable for learning the game.
Frequently asked questions
- How many cards are in the Trial Deck+?
- It contains 50 cards, including 20 types of regular cards plus 7 parallel (alternate art) types. This is enough for a standard deck in the Attack on Titan TCG.
- Can I play right away without buying anything else?
- Yes. The deck is ready to play out of the box. You do not need booster packs or additional cards to start a game, though you may want extra sleeves or a deck box for protection. If you're new, this deck removes the guesswork of deck building.
- What is the chance of getting a signed card?
- The product description notes that every deck has a chance to contain a hot stamped autographed card, but it does not specify exact odds. It's a random bonus, not guaranteed. Treat the signed card as a nice bonus rather than a reason to buy.
- Is this deck suitable for competitive play?
- As a pre-constructed deck, it's designed for casual and learning play. You may need to supplement it with booster packs to optimize for tournaments, but it gives you a functional foundation. Start with this deck, then upgrade with boosters if you want to compete.
